Tom is an operationally oriented Chief Financial Officer with an MBA, CPA and more than 25 years in senior finance roles with growth-oriented companies in the digital media (advertising and subscription) and internet/technology (marketplace and enterprise SaaS) industries.

Tom’s experience includes building finance functions and scaling rapidly growing organizations, both public and venture capital and private equity-backed companies. Closely involved in taking a company public, Tom is familiar with the IPO process and related SEC filings. He also has experience with debt financing, sales processes, and acquisitions.
