Mark Rudolph
Mark is an experienced financial executive, equally comfortable in large and small company environments. His CSuite clients include private equity and founder-owned companies. At Sony Pictures, Mark built two finance departments at start-ups/acquired companies while leading the creation of the financial models for these new businesses as well as the integration of their financial operations into the studio infrastructure. He was a finance leader on system implementations including SAP and PeopleSoft, as well as collaborating on numerous legacy system upgrades and improvements.
Mark has dealt with the SEC on structuring film financing arrangements and has worked separately with commercial and legal colleagues on contract review and negotiations. He is skilled at commercial and operational support of strategic initiatives, process improvement, department reorganizations and outsourcing initiatives. Mark’s consumer products experience encompasses the financial aspects of the entire manufacturing and distribution value chain, from creation of bill-of-materials, manufacturing, inventory costing, management and warehousing, to distribution, pricing and trade spend strategy and analysis.
Mark has extensive international experience, having led finance teams in the US, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
