A confidential, 1:1 relationship with an experienced CFO mentor. You’ll meet monthly or biweekly, with rapid check-ins around critical windows (board week, lender updates, forecast resets).
We start with a short intake on your goals, stage, and operating tempo, then match you with a mentor whose background fits (sector, transactions, cadence). Your work together centers on your highest-impact priorities.
