Timi Okah

Timi is the Chief Executive Officer of CSuite Financial Partners and Ravix Group, its parent company.

Timi joined Ravix Group following its acquisition by Kingsway Financial Services (NYSE: KFS), where he previously served as the first Operator-in-Residence in Kingsway’s CEO Accelerator Program and led the acquisition of Ravix Group.

Since joining Ravix, Timi has focused on building a client-first professional services platform designed to deliver clarity, consistency, and long-term partnership. He has led the successful acquisitions and integration of CSuite Financial Partners and The HR Team, expanding Ravix Group’s Office of the CFO and HR capabilities while improving how clients engage with Ravix and how teams deliver results.

Under his leadership, Ravix has invested heavily in simplifying client experiences, strengthening delivery quality, and creating an environment where consultants are well-supported, aligned, and able to focus on what matters most—helping clients make better decisions with confidence.

Timi holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
