Jon is a senior financial executive with CFO, CEO, Corporate Finance and general counsel
experience. He has sourced, structured, diligenced, negotiated, closed, and integrated
acquisitions and divestitures. He has raised equity, private and public debt. He has led or
participated in over 75 transactions involving billions of dollars.

As a hands-on operational leader, for over 25 years, Jon has built teams supporting successful
middle market companies, resulting in significant value creation for investors.

• Refinery Specialties, CFO – National specialty chemical manufacturer with 30 locations
• Pi Energy/EVP/GC – Negotiated and managed GOM/State waters development facility with

• Andrews & Kurth – Team member at lead underwriter’s counsel for Goldman Sachs’ energy
  portfolio

  Hughes
