Founder and National Managing Partner
Arthur Cohen is the Founder and National Managing Partner of CSuite Financial Partners, a firm dedicated to providing senior financial executive talent to companies of all sizes and across all industries. Arthur’s ability to create and nurture long lasting relationships in business has provided him the opportunity to help countless companies and their leaders reach their goals. Arthur has more than 30 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, starting as a MBA/CPA with Deloitte, and ultimately serving as CFO for four different companies with revenues up to $500 million. He was formerly the National Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Hardesty, LLC and prior to that, Managing Partner of Tatum’s Southern California practice. His personal experience sitting in c-suite roles as well as his roles in practice leadership has helped lay the foundation for CSuite Financial Partners to provide the trusted quality and reliability that he personally expected and demanded as a financial executive.
Ken began his professional career in public accounting with Ernst & Young. Later he held executive positions with Phillips Electronics, Impellam North America, and Sparus Holdings. Ken has taken on leadership roles with private equity portfolio companies, privately owned businesses, and public corporations; giving him personal insight into the skills, talents, and experience required to meet client challenges. Prior to joining CSuite Financial Partners, Ken was Managing Partner with an executive-level professional services firm in Georgia, where he was responsible for business development, recruiting new engagement partners, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. Ken is Certified Public Accountant with active licenses in New York State and Georgia. He is a magna cum laude graduate of St. Bonaventure University with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree, and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Managing Partner, Private Equity
Lori is a business development professional who partners with owners and Private Equity investors when they need senior financial talent for interim, project and search. She has had a successful career in business development and is a Trusted Advisor to growing middle market, family owned, and sponsored businesses. Lori has been a middle market banker in California and Arizona supporting global companies and more recently, Food/Beverage and Consumer Products companies in Northern California.
In her prior role as Global Banking Consultant for Wells Fargo, she helped companies over $20MM in revenues in OC, Inland Empire and San Diego who were doing cross border business. These would include importers, exporters, multinational companies and foreign owned subsidiaries.
Executive Partner, Partner Development
Alex Hansen is an Executive Partner with CSuite Financial Partners and has been working with companies in varying stages of growth for over thirty years. In this time, Alex has been able to successfully provide solutions for managing organizations through rapid growth and turn-around situations, as well as taking companies public and private. As CFO, Alex has developed the financial strategies for companies that have raised equity and debt financing; successfully renegotiated leases, licenses and letters of credit to improve operating cash flow and converted under-performing receivables to secured, collateralized notes. Alex’ extensive hands-on operational experience has allowed him to build business infrastructure for companies raising capital in public markets while improving their operational, financial and administrative processes. At CSuite Financial Partners, Alex continues to meet his desire to lead clients where they want to go. His vast experience and his ability to develop strong business relationships are called on repeatedly to solve complex challenges for the clients he serves.
