Timi Okah
Chief Executive Officer

Timi is the Chief Executive Officer of CSuite Financial Partners and Ravix Group.
Ravix Group, a provider of fractional accounting, financial, and HR services, acquired CSuite Financial Partners, November 1, 2022.

Timi joined Ravix Group following its acquisition by Kingsway Financial Services (NYSE:KFS). Prior to Ravix Group, Timi was the first Operator-in-Residence in Kingsway’s CEO Accelerator Program, where he was responsible for leading the acquisition of Ravix Group. Before Kingsway, he worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company where he advised clients on go-to-market, strategy, and operations.

Earlier in his career, Timi worked as a Software Engineer at Salesforce and as a Hardware Engineer at Intel Corporation. Timi holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science, both in Electrical Engineering, from Stanford University. He earned an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.

Inga O’Donnell
Executive Partner

Inga O’Donnell began her career in public accounting working with public companies. She soon transitioned into industry where she took on leadership accounting roles in the telecom industry. Inga progressed in her career to take on controller and vice president roles before moving on to become interim CFO for numerous companies.

As an interim CFO Inga has been instrumental in preparing two companies for sale, preparing one for its first ever external audit. Working with investment bankers, external auditors, and buyers’ due diligence teams, both sales were closed successfully. In another interim CFO role, Inga was brought in to integrate a recent acquisition and work with the controller to catch up lagging financials and establish monthly close procedures. In one case, Inga worked with the management team to optimize a partially implemented ERP system.

Alexander Hansen
Managing Partner, Partner Development

Alex has been working with companies in varying stages of growth for over thirty years. In this time, Alex has been able to successfully provide solutions for managing organizations through rapid growth and turn-around situations, as well as taking companies public and private. As CFO, Alex has developed the financial strategies for companies that have raised equity and debt financing; successfully renegotiated leases, licenses and letters of credit to improve operating cash flow and converted under-performing receivables to secured, collateralized notes. Alex’ extensive hands-on operational experience has allowed him to build business infrastructure for companies raising capital in public markets while improving their operational, financial and administrative processes. At CSuite Financial Partners, Alex continues to meet his desire to lead clients where they want to go. His vast experience and his ability to develop strong business relationships are called on repeatedly to solve complex challenges for the clients he serves.
